This is a recipe passed down to me from my great grandmother Pearl. I absolutely love this pie and I hope you do too! French Coconut Pie Ingredients: 3 whole Eggs, Beaten 1-½ cup Sugar 1 cup Flaked Coconut 1 stick Butter, Melted 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 pinch Salt 1 whole 9" Uncooked Pie Shell Directions: Mix filling ingredients well and pour into the pie shell.
