Kafta* Beef and Potato with Tahini Sauce: 1 pound ground sirloin 1 medium onion - quartered 1 cup fresh parsley 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1½ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground allspice ½ teaspoon pepper 4 medium sized potatoes sliced fried and browned. Tahini sauce: 4 tbsp tahini [ground toasted sesame seeds + olive oil] 4 heaping tablespoons of plain yogurt juice of one whole lemon 2 garlic cloves grated salt to season Layer sauce, beef, potatoes. Bake 1 hour 350
